Welcome!

When I was starting out as a first time Mum, I realised what a big journey this was going to be.  I firmly believe that when our children are "at their worst", that's EXACTLY when we need to be "at our best" (well... as close to it as is possible!).

Your journey to transformation begins here - with Chloë Aldam

certified Simplicity Parenting Coach & Group Leader

Emotional Self Regulation

Being at your Best when

your Kids are at their Worst

In this ground-breaking course, created by educator and counsellor Kim John Payne, author of Simplicity Parenting, offers powerful yet simple techniques to help us to alter and shift prior damaging communication patterns and parental behaviours.

In this course, you will learn how to:

  • slow down interactions

  • be in more control of your reactions

  • open up a wider range of HELPFUL responses

  • sense what your child's deeper needs are (yes, even when they are misbehaving!)

  • respond in a way that'll give your child a feeling of being listened to & heard, whilst still putting a boundary in place.

Practical Compassion in Parenting

Lifting us out of our old UNWANTED patterns of action-reaction

Gifting us with grounded and practical strategies

to BE the parent we WANT to be

Feedback from other Workshops

"Simplicity Parenting Family Life" AND Soul of Discipline (Toddlers to 9, Tweens & Teens)

Chloë is an inspiring hugely informed and dedicated teacher, her sessions are both fun & practical. They provoke mindful thought & questions, & curious inquiry that we as parents can nurture to be the very best we can."

Practice & Practice and then Do!
Chloë is hugely encouraging, responsive and positive. I've learned so much from this course. Our family is getting on SOOOOO much better now!

What a change.
I am so much more aware of the impact of my choice of words has on my children, and how very subtle changes can have a hugely positive impact on communication and behaviour.
Thank you!
